K1 Support

Help with signing in, mobile features, Site Logs, photos and access to your organisation's K1 information.

Contact K1 Support Kevler Group 10 Logistics Drive, Harewood, Christchurch 8051, New Zealand info@kevlerhomes.co.nz 03 261 9211

Signing in

  • Check that you are using the work email address registered by your organisation.
  • Use Forgot password on the K1 website if you need to reset your password.
  • If your account uses an authenticator code, make sure your phone's date and time are set automatically.
  • Passkey and Face ID sign-in are optional. You can continue with your email, password and any required authenticator code.
  • Contact your organisation administrator if your role, organisation or access appears incorrect.

Photos and Site Logs

  • Keep K1 open or in the background while pending photos are being prepared and uploaded.
  • Poor reception may pause uploads. K1 will continue eligible queued uploads when a connection is available.
  • Do not delete K1 or clear its app storage while photos are pending.
  • Camera, photo-library and location access can be reviewed in your phone's system settings. Location is optional.
  • If a photo or Site Log is attached to the wrong build, stop adding records and contact your organisation administrator.

Notifications and app access

Your organisation and role determine which tabs, records and notifications you can access. Some users may not see Lots, Tasks, Maps, Site Logs or Leads if those areas are not required for their work.

Notification permissions can be changed in K1 settings and your phone's system settings. Opening K1 does not necessarily clear every notification; review the notification bell for outstanding items.

Before contacting support

Please include:

  • Your name, organisation and work email address.
  • Your phone model, operating-system version and K1 app version.
  • The screen or feature you were using and what you expected to happen.
  • A screenshot or the exact error message, if available and safe to share.
  • Whether the issue occurs on Wi-Fi, mobile data or both.

Never send your password, authenticator code, passkey or device passcode to Support.
